ROZEL GRAND OPENING LUCKY DRAW

OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rozel Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“Rozel”) is responsible for this Grand Opening Lucky Draw (“Campaign”).
By participating in this Campaign, you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to and accept these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

The Campaign is open to customers aged 18 years and above.
Participation is open only to residents of Malaysia.
Employees, directors, immediate family members, agents, and affiliates of Rozel are not eligible to participate.

The Campaign period is from 20 June 2026 to 18 October 2026.
Purchases outside the campaign period are not eligible.
To participate, you must purchase an Eligible Product during the Campaign Period.
Eligible products mean all Rozel products.
Customers will receive one (1) lucky draw entry for every RM5,000 purchase on Rozel’s eligible products.
Customers will receive two (2) lucky draw entries for every RM 5,000 purchase on Maxiflex and Rozel Bedframe.
Customers will receive one (1) lucky draw entry upon payment of a minimum 30% deposit for an Eligible Product. However, eligibility to win and claim any prize is conditional upon the purchase remaining valid, active, and not being cancelled, refunded, or otherwise terminated prior to the draw date.
Cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or fraudulent orders are automatically disqualified.

Prizes for the Campaign are as follows:
- Grand Prize: 1 winner will receive a Jetour T1 SUV.
- First Prize: 3 winners will receive a Maxiflex Kingdom.
- Second Prize: 3 winners will receive a Swivel Power Recliner with Massage Function.

The draw will take place on 24 October 2026, at the Jalan Kuching Showroom.
Winners will be selected through a random manual draw.
Participants may win more than one prize.
Rozel shall publish the results and the names of the winning Customer(s) (the “Winner(s)”) on Rozel’s official Facebook Page on 27 October 2026.
Rozel will contact the Winners with the details on the collection of the Prize(s).

Winners must present the original invoice/order receipt.
Winners must present their original NRIC/Passport and invoice for verification, which must have matching customer details.
Failure to provide verification documents may result in disqualification.
Winners must claim their prizes within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of notification by Rozel
Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
In the event that the Customer fails to collect the Prize within 30 days, Rozel reserves the right to proceed to dispose of the Prize in any manner that Rozel deems fit.
Rozel reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Rozel reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equivalent value if necessary.
Vehicle Prize Stipulations: For the Grand Prize, road tax, registration, insurance, number plate fees, and delivery charges are excluded. Any taxes or government charges payable by the winner are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. The Winner shall bear all costs associated with ownership, registration, maintenance, insurance, taxes, duties, and operation of the vehicle unless expressly stated otherwise by Rozel. The vehicle model, colour, specifications, and delivery date are subject to availability by the vehicle manufacturer and distributor. Rozel does not guarantee immediate delivery of the vehicle prize.

In the event of any return and/or refund, Rozel reserves the right to request the return of the awarded prize in its original condition.
In the event that the awarded prize has been used and/or consumed, Rozel reserves the right to set off any refunded amount and/or charge the Customer for the retail value of the prize.

Rozel reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, multiple manipulated entries, providing false information, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Rozel reserves the right to disqualify any Customer that does not comply with the rules and regulations of the Campaign, including but not limited to Customers who have submitted invalid or incorrect information.
Unfair or unethical methods of participation may result in disqualification.
In the event that a Customer provides incorrect contact information, has breached any Terms and Conditions herein, or his/her entry is invalid for whatever reason, his/her Prize will be forfeited, and Rozel shall be entitled to select another Winner.
In the event that any Winner is disqualified from the Campaign, Rozel, at its sole discretion, may decide whether a replacement Winner should be selected based on the same criteria. Rozel can repeat this process any number of times until it has selected a satisfactory Winner.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rozel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance and use of any prize.
Rozel reserves the right to reject duplicate, altered, damaged, forged, illegible, or incomplete entries.

The Customer agrees to be contacted by Rozel or its authorized representatives to participate in public relations events tied to the Campaign to generate press coverage of the Campaign and the accessories range. This may include, but is not limited to, quotes for inclusion in press releases and press conferences, interviews and other related publicity activities.
Winners agree that Rozel may use their name, photograph, video, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
By participating, entrants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by Rozel for the administration of this Lucky Draw in accordance with applicable Malaysian data protection laws.
By participating in the Campaign, entrants consent to the publication of their name, photograph, and winning status on Rozel’s website, social media channels, marketing materials, and other promotional platforms.
Personal data collected for the Campaign may be retained by Rozel for such period as necessary to fulfil the purposes of the Campaign and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Rozel reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Lucky Draw, the Campaign, the prizes, and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice or any liability to the participants.
Rozel may terminate or suspend this Campaign without liability should there be unforeseeable events which, in Rozel’s absolute opinion, may jeopardize the process of the Campaign.
Rozel shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, or cancellation of the Campaign caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, technical failures, or any other force majeure event.
Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be published on Rozel’s official website and/or official social media platforms.
In the event of disputes regarding the Campaign, the Terms and Conditions, or the selection of the winner, Rozel shall have the right to make the final decision.
The Organizer’s decision is final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
